"I had a privilege to have a session with a wonderful Louise. I am myself on a path of self discovery so everything we spoke about felt resonated and on point.
During a mediation I had this image in my head that I might have been a barrister or something to do with law and this past life experience was preventing me from pursuing my legal profession. I asked Louise to have a look at that and she saw one of my past lives where I was giving a witness statement under duress as my parents wanted me to provide a false witness statement in court. The image that she saw was very detailed and she saw me being cross examined by a barrister and the moral of the story was that law and home/parents don’t make me feel safe.
I didn’t know that I was reliving those emotions in this lifetime: I’m a lawyer and see a legal system as corrupt or unfair, well at least the litigation part of it. But after the session I started questioning it as it does provide an order that is much needed in our society. Also, growing up I felt unsafe at home due to domestic violence. But I do realise that I chose my parents myself coming into this world and they had to make me feel unsafe in order for me to work on this past life trauma.
Louise connected to my higher self straight away and the minute she started asking her questions I started crying and I cannot explain why I just couldn’t stop crying. Maybe I saw how easy it was to connect to her. So now I feel that this channel has opened up for me and I now I connect to my higher self every day since then.
Louise also saw blockages related to being a woman in my ancestry line/past lives and this is something I need to continue to work on as I know my first energy centre needs clearing. Since then I saw an Instagram page that has various yoga and other things that help women to balance their cycles. So I might just start doing that - how exciting!

WHAT IS YOUR EXPERIENCE?
In 2019 I started meditating. Later that year I had a spiritual awakening that changed my whole life. I meditated at increasingly deeper levels tapping into intuitive guidance and releasing limiting beliefs and patterns. In 2021 I started formal training into further opening intuitive abilities and energy healing.
I started teaching and guiding in 2023 but last year (2025) I put a pause on everything. I realised I was not fully being my authentic self. I stopped everything and focussed on myself and now in 2026 I have begun teaching again and supporting others. My purpose is clear. I want to share everything I have learned that you may reconnect with your true self, your sovereignty and freedom to live a life that is true, fulfilling and aligned to you.
I ALREADY MEDITATE, IS THIS DIFFERENT?
Many people who come to this work already meditate. The focus here is not relaxation or mindfulness, but deepening your connection to your higher self.
